New owner for Proxy Delhaize in Saint-Ghislain!

We are delighted to have facilitated the sale of Proxy Delhaize in Saint-Ghislain to a private investor last August.

In 2020, in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, Marc Hendricks decided to take over this shop, which was losing momentum, with the aim of turning it around. To achieve this, he made significant investments, including a complete renovation to modernise the store and the installation of more energy-efficient equipment. These initiatives helped to increase sales and improve the company’s profitability.

Wishing to embark on a new professional project, Marc decided to sell his shop this year and called on the services of FB Transmission.
