Through our various offices, we are active throughout Belgium and actively prospect when it comes to finding counterparties abroad.
Our multilingual team, active in several regions of the country is made up of experienced professionals, all with a passion for entrepreneurship.
Specialising exclusively in transmission, we are approved by Sowaccess and recognised by the various authorities for obtaining subsidies :
- in Wallonia, we are certified for obtaining subsidies trough the Cheques Enterprises.
- in Brussels, we also are recognised for subsidies for the transfer of companies ;
- In Flanders, process to obtain KMO portfolio is ongoing.
In 2021, FB Transmission establishes a strategic partnership with FB Mediation>, probably the first Belgian mediation firm that focuses on family owned businesses. The mediators of FB Mediation, all experienced managers coming from the business field, understand the reality of family owned companies. They propose a practical and hands-on approach, for all kinds of conflicts relating to (family) companies.
FB Transmission is also a founding member of UPIC, the professional union of business transfer intermediaries (“Union Professionnelle des Intermédiaires en Cession d’entreprises”).
Our team

Tanguy della Faille
Tanguy della FAILLE comes from the Antwerp region. Born in 1967, he has a law degree (KU Leuven) and an MBA (Vlerick School for Management). Tanguy developed an international career with one of Belgium’s leading banks, where he held various management positions in the Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions and Domestic Wholesale departments. These duties take him successively to Brussels, Warsaw, Amsterdam and Tournai, where he is in charge of the Corporate and Institutional Department for Western Hainaut. Today, Tanguy focuses mainly on finding financing solutions of share buybacks and on negotiations between buyer and seller.

Esteban Diez Andres
Esteban DIEZ ANDRES is Spanish but settled in Belgium at the end of his studies. Born in 1972, he holds a degree in commercial and financial sciences from the University of Valladolid (E) and an additional master’s degree in management sciences from the University of Liège (B). Esteban has more than 7 years of experience as a consultant in the creation and transfer of companies within CCI Wapi. In this role, he develops a regional economic dashboard and assists many family businesses in their search for partners. He then sets up training modules and programmes for Forem aimed at boosting the competitiveness of Walloon SMEs. Esteban focuses in particular on the active search for counterparties as well as on valuation techniques.

Pietro Zimbili
Pietro ZIMBILI is of Sicilian origin but has lived in the region of Mons since many years. Trained as an accountant, he began his career in a major valuables transportation company. He then joined a leading banking group with which he stayed for almost 40 years. In Brussels, he took part in the launch of the corporate credit service before moving to the Mons region, where he built up a large customer base over time. Pietro has always been committed to personally supporting his corporate clients, be they businesses, SMEs or larger companies, with whom he develops strong relationships. He is the president of the Maison de l’Entreprise in Mons. Pietro is particularly interested in the human dimension – finding the right buyer – and the financial arrangements for the takeover.

Stéphanie Vanlier
Born in 1978, Stéphanie Vanlier graduated in applied economics from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve. She began her career working for a large auditing firm before entering the banking sector. After 8 years as an Account Manager, during which she developed her knowledge of the Belgian SME market and her financial expertise, she joined the M&A department of the same bank. Stéphanie has specifically developed experience in the valuation and transfer of family businesses.
In December 2016, Stéphanie joined the M&A team of a major accounting firm in Belgium, before joining FB-Transmission in January 2019. Based in Brussels, Stéphanie takes care of clients in the Brussels region and Walloon Brabant.

Roland De Wolf
Roland De WOLF Currently based in Aalst (East Flanders), Roland De WOLF is a commercial engineer from Leuven University1982 and MBA from Cornell University.
Over the last 30 years, Roland has held senior positions in international and family groups such as ABInbev, Stora Enzo, Moorkens, Nexans, etc. He has held various managerial responsibilities in areas such as logistics, distribution, sales and strategic marketing, as well as CEO and board member.
Since 2018, Roland has made his experience available to SMEs and start-ups (BAN-VL and BEANGELS). As an independent director certified by GUBERNA, trained by the Instituut voor het Familiebedrijf (IFB) and by Vlerick School voor Management, he advises companies on subjects such as the implementation of good governance, the professionalization of their operations or the preparation for transmission.
Roland is fluent in four languages. He is very comfortable for any mission in Belgium or abroad and maintains a large network of business relations within different circles in Belgium. Touched by the importance of the stakes linked to the transmission of companies, particularly family businesses, Roland now wishes to devote himself to these subjects by joining the FB-Transmission team. His main mission is the development of a business stream in Flanders.

Philippe Hennebert
Master in Economy and Law, Roland De WOLF has a solid international experience (USA, Spain, Algeria). He spent most of his career at ING Bank where he worked successively in Corporate Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, MidCorp and Private Banking as a Family Business Expert. Passionate about the transmission and the financing of the top end of family businesses, Philippe will cover the provinces of Namur and Liège at FB Transmission, thus completing our presence on the ground.

Arnaud Durant
Arnaud Durant joined the FB Transmission team in June 2022 as an M&A Consultant after a first experience of accompaniment of private investors. During his studies and meetings, he developed a growing interest in family businesses and their transfers. Arnaud is mainly in charge of the search of counterparts, the drafting and follow-up of the current files with the collaboration of a senior consultant as well as the communication of FB Transmission.
