Kiggen’s history is rooted in the Kiggen family’s long-standing activities in the automotive sector in Tournai, where they operated a Citroën dealership. Over the years, the company gradually refocused its activities on real estate investment and built a portfolio comprising ten apartments in Tournai, nine standalone garages and a high-end apartment on the Belgian coast. 

Brigitte and Françoise Kiggen have now decided to transfer ownership of the company as part of their estate and succession planning. 

The buyer, Patrides, is an investment company specialising in the acquisition of real estate companies in Belgium. Founded by Christophe Ide and Dries Trippas, Patrides continues to grow through targeted acquisitions of companies holding high-quality real estate assets. 

This acquisition represents an important milestone for Patrides, marking its first transaction in Wallonia.
