The group led by Lakhdar Denni, comprising four entities (Sympa Tax, Taxis Sympa, Taxis Thudiniens and Taxis de Philippeville), is entering a new phase of its development.

Lakhdar Denni, a former maintenance technician turned taxi driver and entrepreneur, has built one of the leading operators in the Charleroi region over the past 20 years. Today, the family-run business employs more than 80 employees and is a key player in passenger transportation services (taxis, PRM and airport shuttles) across Hainaut.

The group has been acquired by ADGC Group. Leveraging their strong entrepreneurial background, the acquirers aim to ensure the group’s long-term continuity. To ensure a seamless transition, Didier Gobbe, a long-standing key employee and accountant who has played a central role in the company’s growth, will continue to play an active role alongside the new management team.
