Founded in 1992 by Fabrice Janssens, Mis Data specialises in the integration and distribution of accounting software such as Bob 50 and WinBooks, mainly for SMEs and accounting firms. 

After more than 30 years at the helm of the company, Fabrice wanted to pass the torch to a buyer capable of continuing and developing the business with the same high standards of quality. 

This transfer was completed with the integration of Mis Data into Echosoft. 

Based in Namur, Echosoft has been supporting companies for over 30 years in the integration, configuration and optimisation of management and accounting software. This acquisition comes at a time of dynamic change in the sector, marked by the transition to electronic invoicing (Peppol) and the emergence of new digital solutions. 

Fabrice Janssens will continue his journey at Echosoft to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of service for his clients. 

This is the second transaction completed by FB Transmission this year in this sector.
