Family Business Transmission assisted Catteaux Pellets in the sale of its company shares. 

The Catteaux group, led by the Storme family, is a true institution in the field of fuel distribution in Belgium (smiley). 

The pellet activity was sold to the Badger group (Distribois – Palleteries François) based in Virton. 

This operation represents an important vertical integration for this group, as Catteaux was their main distributor in Belgium.
