Hippos joins Copytec as 4th Canon Business Center

Hippos is a Tournais-based printing services company. Its director, Jean-Philippe Rochefort, was approaching retirement age and wanted to sell the company to a buyer in the sector. On the advice of FB-Transmission, this transaction took the form of a sale of a branch of activity.

The buyer, Copytec, is a Brussels-based company managed by François Deroubaix and François Bruyninckx. Over the years, it has become a leader in document flow management and a partner of the Canon brand. With existing branches in Brussels, Louvain-la-Neuve and Liège, Copytec is continuing to grow by opening a fourth Canon Business Center in Tournai-Mons. This marks a new stage in its expansion and consolidates the services it offers to a wide range of B2B customers.
