Located in the centre of Charleroi, EURO TAX MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES is an accountancy and tax office run by 3 managing shareholders, Mr Delcorps, Mr Bomblet and Ms Blampain.  EURO TAX focuses on accountancy, consultancy but also on tax and financial management. Its customers are mainly SMEs, the self-employed and the liberal professions.  With an excellent reputation, the firm is recognised in its region for its expertise and rigour.

Faced with a number of challenges in the sector, including digitalisation, increasing administrative constraints and the difficulty of attracting talent, the partners of EURO TAX wanted to find a candidate to take over the business, so that they could pursue their mission within a broader framework offering shared services.  To this end, FB TRANSMISSION was asked to provide support.

The sellers chose MOORE Belgium. MOORE Belgium’s ambition is to become one of the leaders in the accounting and consultancy services sector in Belgium.  Thanks to a strategy of both organic and non-organic growth, turnover is set to increase by more than 10% each year, rising from €8 million in 2008 to €175 million in 2023 (53% increase in turnover since 2021).

In the Charleroi region, MOORE Belgium recently acquired Gosselies-based ACCOUNT ON LINE. The acquisition of EURO TAX will enable them to strengthen their presence in this fast-growing economic area by offering a complete range of services.

Today, more than 1,500 enthusiastic employees wear the MOORE Belgium colours. With 42 local offices spread across the country and 4 major centres (Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent and Courtrai), MOORE has established a solid regional presence. In Wallonia, the ODB office in Waterloo was the first to join MOORE Belgium. A number of acquisitions have recently been completed or are in the process of being completed, in order to strengthen their presence in French-speaking Belgium.
