As part of its expansion, La Coop Alimentaire, committed to short distribution channels and sustainable agriculture, was looking for a strategic location to facilitate the storage and distribution of local fruit and vegetables. This is now a reality, thanks to the partnership – at first sight unlikely but in the end obvious – of two local players with deep-rooted values! 

FB Transmission is proud to have contributed to this transaction by assisting the seller, Stéphane Durieux, who wished to transfer his warehouse, ideally located on Chaussée de Bruxelles in Gaurain-Ramecroix. Active in the world of Kärcher high-pressure cleaning and hydraulics, Ets Stéphane Durieux srl used to offer a specialised technical service in the region. Today, this building is embarking on a new, meaningful life, remaining true to the values of proximity and excellence. 

This project was made possible thanks to : 

• The support of the co-operators and contributors to the « Pret Coup de Pouce » initiative; 

• Key partners such as the City of Tournai, the Walloon Region and La Ceinture Alimentaire.
