In 2022, Family Business Transmission assisted the company All-Loc. 

Based in Braine-l’Alleud, All-Loc specialises in the rental, purchase and production of tents and accessories for high-end events in Belgium and abroad. 

Our office assisted All-Loc during the takeover with a team close to the sellers.
