Zaccaria changes owner!

FB Transmission is pleased to have supported the sale of Zaccaria, a specialist in the import of quality Italian products, to the Sita Group.

Pino Zaccaria began his career on the markets of the Mons region in 1970, offering products imported from his native Italy. These products were aimed in particular at Italian immigrants who had come to work in Belgium.

He then founded his eponymous family business with the construction of his first warehouse, where he sold his Italian products in the afternoons and on non-market days. When his second warehouse was built, he opened his permanent shop and his son took over for the markets. As the business grew, he gave up the markets and allowed his son to help him full-time.

After 54 years of hard work, Pino Zaccaria wanted to sell his business and turned to us for help.

We wish him a well-deserved rest, and congratulate Sita on this nice acquisition!
