This company, based in Antoing, has been active for several decades in the injection moulding of plastic parts for industry and the public authorities. As there was no family buyer, the Van Cauwenberghe family entrusted the sale to Family Business Transmission, which presented several candidates.

The choice of the sellers was made in favour of the candidate put forward by Mr Arnaud Stievenart, co-founder of the company I-Care, as he was able to bring together several regional partners with industrial skills, with a view to developing the company Varina.

The project includes updating the installations and increasing the production capacity, to the great satisfaction of the seller, who is accompanying the buyers and thus seeing the family business take off.
