While retaining its historical wood trading activities (Avenue de Vilvoorde in Brussels), Vanhumbeeck Frères decided to sell its trading activities in finishing and insulation materials, based in Evere, to the Baustoff+Metall group.

This delicate operation, given the small number of players in the sector, was managed in record time by the FB-Transmission team.
