Valex Group was created from the merger between the IT division of Integral Software and the IT activities of Mr Domenico Sperone.

Specialising in IT and office solutions, Valex Group offers a wide range of services: network and server installation and management, remote monitoring, hardware sales and maintenance, IP telephony, and a telephone support service.

The company is a partner of DELL and Telavox, among others, and also collaborates with Triumph-Adler and Brother.

Based in Mons, Valex Group mainly targets B2B customers and supports more than 900 clients.

The company has been sold to SIP, a company based in Tournai.

Since 2001, SIP has been meeting the IT needs of its customers in Belgium, France and Luxembourg with a comprehensive, tailor-made offering. In 2022, three employees – Christophe Delporte, Hervé Houzé and Vincent Segard – took over the company.

SIP now has more than 1,150 active customers and more than 50 partners, including HP, Microsoft, Odoo, Sage, HPE, Veeam and Fortinet.

With this acquisition, SIP is strengthening its presence in Wallonia and continuing to expand its scope of activity.
