Acquisition of SODECA by Xavier De Deurwaerder!

Founded in Tournai in 1984 by Patrick Defeyt, SODECA quickly established itself as a benchmark company in the field of painting and wall decoration, thanks to the quality of its services and its recognised expertise.

As Patrick Defeyt approached retirement age, he entrusted FB Transmission with the task of finding a new buyer to ensure the company’s long-term future.

The buyer, Xavier De Deurwaerder, has solid experience in the construction sector, particularly in interior fittings, having held several positions of responsibility.

Motivated by a new entrepreneurial challenge, Xavier hopes not only to maintain the excellent reputation that SODECA has enjoyed since its inception, but also to develop the company in new markets.
