Les Entreprises Pierre Petit are pleased to announce the acquisition of Société Athoise de Travaux (SAT).

Société Athoise de Travaux is a Belgian family business specializing in the creation and maintenance of roads, the construction of small engineering structures, earthworks, foundations, drainage, etc. With its expertise, SAT is known as a key player in the region, operating both on public works sites and in the private sector thanks to its subsidiary JUFA.

Les Ets. Pierre Petit, created in 1947, are active in the earthworks, drainage and road works sector. Acquired in 1996 by Mr. William Cleppe, the company has grown and diversified, notably through the acquisition of Herphelin, active in road works and signage. The group achieves an annual turnover of around 10 million euros.
