With a family heritage of over a century passed down through generations, the artisanal bakery G&M Pass in Frameries was taken over in 1986 by brothers Georges and Marc Diakourakis.

Founded in Cuesmes in 1946, the small neighborhood bakery was transformed under the management of Georges and Marc into a production facility processing more than 350 tons of flour each year into bread, pastries, and sweet baked goods.

Over the years, G&M Pass has become an essential supplier of bakery products in the Province of Hainaut, serving hospitals, nursing homes, and various institutions.

Without its own retail outlet, the company adopted a unique model: guaranteeing the freshness and consistency of its products thanks to a system of daily deliveries.

Today, a new page is being written: Julien Fourrez, a well-known and passionate entrepreneur from Mons, especially recognized for his role as a Delhaize franchisee, is taking over and intends to fully leverage the company’s strengths.

FB Transmission led this transaction with a dual objective:

1. to ensure a smooth transition for the managers,
2. and to safeguard the strategic interests of both parties.

Our role was to support the sellers throughout all stages of the operation: from the valuation of G&M Pass to the final negotiation, while paying particular attention to preserving the company’s DNA.

Congratulations to Georges, who is taking a well-deserved retirement, and to Marc, who remains in the company to ensure continuity and guide the teams during this transition.

This transaction brings together the artisanal craftsmanship passed down through four generations and the commercial strength of a regional player committed to promoting local products. An alliance with its eyes on the future, while staying true to the spirit of G&M Pass.
