Over the years, Ghalan has become a key player in its sector and in the Walloon region. Founded in 2011, it is currently managed by its two active shareholders François Vyle and Yves Decleyre.

Trustteam is a leading IT managed services provider specialising in a wide range of solutions, including cloud services, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, software, VoIP and support. Founded in 2002, Trustteam is consolidating its presence in Europe with 25 offices in Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Romania. With a customer base of more than 8,000 active clients, specifically targeting SMEs in BeNeLux and France, Trustteam occupies a leading position in the IT services market.

This transaction will combine the strengths of both companies and make Trustteam a key player in Wallonia.
