Fiducia Partner is an accountancy and tax firm founded by Jean-François Bacq in 2003, based in Tournai and well known in the Picardy region of Wallonia.

In recent years, Jean-François Bacq’s firm has been courted by colleagues and other fiduciaries wishing to take over his business. However, he decided to opt for an internal transfer, in order to maintain close links with his long-standing clients and preserve the family spirit that characterises his team.

This transition took the form of a partnership with Mathilde Pietras, who had already been with the firm for many years.

To ensure an objective and impartial approach to this transaction, Jean-François Bacq called on FB Transmission, which supported him throughout the process.
