We are pleased to announce the sale of Ceetex SRL, a knitting company located in Pecq, founded in 2009 by Romain Dendievel and Anne Vandecasteele. 

• Specialising in custom flat knitting, Ceetex designs and produces a wide range of tailor-made textile items. 

• It manufactures clothing accessories (hats, scarves, ribbing), creations for the luxury and haute couture sectors, as well as technical components for the industrial and medical sectors.  

• With its craftsmanship and modern, high-performance knitting machines, the company supports its customers in the production of customised items in small or medium runs, while guaranteeing quality, production flexibility and responsiveness. 

In order to prepare for their retirement, the sellers offered to remain on board for three years after the sale to facilitate the transition for customers and suppliers. 

The buyer, Bonneterie De Geest, located in Moorsele, is perfectly aligned with this desire for continuity and to continue the production of technical and custom-made textiles. 

• Active since 1925 and specialising in the manufacture of high-quality knitwear, De Geest is a family business offering a wide range of knitwear products through renowned brands such as Stern, Evada, Dulcia, and Sablona. 

• All of its highly automated operations are based in Belgium. 

The synergy between Ceetex’s more modest structure and Bonneterie De Geest’s commercial reach offers excellent prospects for the company’s development.
