FB Transmission supported the shareholders of Béton Decaigny in its sale to the general construction company Bosschaert, also active in the supply of ready-mixed concrete. This operation was able to close at the beginning of 2023.

Located in Brugelette (Hainaut), this company has equipped itself with a modern production tool and a fleet of vehicles corresponding to the highest standards, in order to provide quality concrete for the construction of construction sites of different sizes. Since its creation in 1988, Béton Decaigny has counted among its clients the main construction companies in the region as well as the Pairi Daiza animal park.

The Bosschaert group wishes to perpetuate the activity on the Brugelette site and develop it, in close collaboration with the seller, Mr. Philippe Decaigny who will support the acquisition.
