👩‍🎓 Laurine: Laurine is 21 years old and comes from Lille. Currently a first-year Master’s student at Skema Business School, she specialises in Finance: “After gaining initial experience in the field of investment banking, this internship at FB Transmission represents a real opportunity for me to immerse myself in the equally stimulating and captivating M&A sector.

She is enthusiastic about joining an experienced team and is keen to progress through the projects and assignments she will be given.

👨‍🎓 Marc: Marc is 23 years old and comes from Toulouse. A recent graduate of the Master’s in Corporate Finance & Banking programme at EDHEC Business School, Marc joined the FB Transmission team on 1 July 2025 for a six-month internship focused on business transfers.

During his previous experiences in mergers and acquisitions at Banque Populaire Occitane, then in private equity at Rothschild & Co, Marc consolidated his skills in financial analysis, business valuation and strategic support. These experiences also fuelled a strong interest in issues specific to business transfers.
