The remuneration depends on the job and is customized for each situation. It may be a fixed amount or time-based, however complex missions (including the search of counterparts) are generally based on a success fee, applying the “no cure, no pay” principle.
The first meeting is free and without any commitment. A clear offer is then proposed, for your approval.
In some cases, our services may be subsidized.
Subsidy
The services of FB Transmission, being an official partner for M&A advisory services in Belgium, may be subsidized by following instances, which are organized on a regional level :
- In Wallonia, cheques may be obtained through the system of “Chèques Entreprises”. There is a cheque for the preparation of a “transfer diagnosis” (75%) and another for “advisory services” (50%) related to business transfers, both for sellers and for buyers.
- In Brussels, subsidies may be obtained through the portal “1819”. The level of subsidy (40-60%) depends on the sector of activity (Nace code).
- In Flanders, our request of being an approved partner is pending for “KMO Portefeuille”, is currently pending.
